Mini Marathon

On Saturday 19th May, a number of students from Key Stage 2 ran in the Salisbury Schools’ Mini Marathon. It was a lovely warm day, and all the children really enjoyed taking part and representing St Andrew’s, as well as cheering on the runners in the other races. Congratulations go to the Boys’ Under 11s team and the Boys’ Under 9s Team which both came second in the team race and well done to Willo, who came third in his race, Ben who came fifth in his, Sienna who came 14th and William Edwards and Layla who both came 9th. All runners who completed the very hilly course received a well-earned medal, and the atmosphere on the finishing line was fantastic! If you get a chance to enter next year, we would definitely recommend it!
